Recommend me a good overclocking Intel mATX mobo

Ok, I can't stand it anymore. I have a lapped Zalman CNPS8000 sitting on top of my lapped E6600 in my HTPC. Along with 2GB of highly overclockable Mushkin RAM. Yet my motherboard has ZERO overclocking options.

    I have to change it...

so I need some recommendations on a good mATX Intel board that has overclocking options. Onboard video would be nice, but not needed. I only really need 1 PCIe, 1 PCI, 5.1 audio and a few USB ports.

    Anyone any ideas?

    http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.aspx?sku=332419 ?

Not sure what else is out there, but for decent overclocking and particularly ideal for a htpc, 7.1 sound, quality high def with the onboard X1250, hdmi...only 1066 fsb though.

Thought you would be leaving the little rig well alone after all the hassle you had building it?;)

EDIT: Very hard to find good reviews of m-atx boards, let alone overclocking reviews.

    have a look at:http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-007-EA&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=326

It has OC in the title it must be good :-)
(I think the OC refers to the onboard gfx core being a little bit higher than usual)

I thing the Abit, as per Havok, might be the safest bet by the looks of things.

The newer Intel G35 boards support 1333Mhz bus, they might be worth looking at as well.

:eek:that mobo is perfect. I remember when I initially built my HTPC I had overlooked that mobo due to its lack of PCI slots. But now i'm thinking I don't need any PCI slots. Plus the fact that the onboard GFX does 1080P through HDMI is excellent, it means I won't have to buy a spare graphics card when I want to move the 8800GTX between machines when I need SLI

I know I know... once an addict always an addict... I can't really sit for more than a few months without getting the urge to upgrade again

This is way late I know, but I was just looking at boards today for a new one and I saw this as well. Looks pretty good for 80 quid, newer compatiability and Gigabyte boards are normally pretty good for overclocking as well...

this site is pretty good for reviews, discussion, and its dedicated to small form factor builds.

and an excellent thread on a complete review of all overclockable m-atx mobo's
