    I assume that you guys know this, but I don't see it here, so I'm going to post it anyway, and mods can delete it as they wish.
    The HSE provide a free telephone stop-smoking service, which gives support and advice. It's number is 2744297.

    I only asked because you said it was free and thought it may have been a 1800 number.

    It's worth a try regardless of cost.
