Bodyglide or Vaseline

    Hi,

    I was just wondering does anyone have any experience with using Bodyglide as opposed to vaseline to prvent chafing in triathlons or Marathons. I always use vaseline but heard bodyglide was supposed to be good especially with helping to remove your swimsuit and that it does not damage the swimsuit as much as vaseline does. Also would anyone know if Arnotts stock bodyglide becasue I will be in town over the weekend and may drop in. Any feedback would be appreciated

    Hopefully you mean remove your wetsuit not your swimsuit;) Nudity is illegal in triathlon.

    You can get bodyglide in Arnotts and I think I've seen it in great outdoors also. Wiggle and other online places now deliver to Ireland so that's another option.

    NEVER use Vaseline with your wetsuit, its Petroleum-based and it will damage it. Get some Bodyglide and dont even think about useing Vaseline....!!!
