    Presuming your running XP.

Go into My Network Places (Should be in the Start Menu, else when you click My Computer it will be listed on th left hand side)

On the left click 'View Workgroup Computers', then when that loads up hit the up button in explorer to go up one level of folders. You should then be able to browse other workgroups other then your own.
