Hi, I really want to go somewhere snowy for new years eve. I dont really care where so long as it's cold and white. Am not into skiing but would love a shot on a snowmobile and dog sled, horse ride in the snow, you know that sort of thing. Like from a christmas music video :D Iceland looks amazing but it doesn't have to be there. I only want to go for a couple of days (29th dec to 2nd Jan) and my budget is as low as possible but I cant even consider spending more than €1000 for 2 people. Main problem is, I am the worlds worst flier so I will only go somewhere with a direct flight from Ireland. Any suggestions or am I asking too much

    Thanks x

sweden or norway would be a good bet, the problem is you only get about 3 hours of sunlight at that time of year so maybe the alps might be a better option?
