Digital Warehouse had a store opened up this morning in Cork, in the old Dennis MacSweeney building, called DW2. They have a full arsenal of Airsoft guns on display, and given the general population of Cork, and how quick they freak out about things like this, it won't be long before they're onto Neil Prendeville on 96FM to have the store closed. Before that happens, is their P90 any good for a starter gun? At 99 Euro, it's more than the 69 they sell for online from the same company, but it's just convenient to be able to buy in a bricks and mortar store.

To be honest, the Well brand P90 isnt all that great, its more toy than skirmishable equipment. At least from the models I have seen.

As for the store raising hackles, it probably will, but we arent all that worried. The IAA have had contact with Digital Warehouse and they have assured us that they will be following the rules and regulations to the best of their ability.

Remember: People who get on the air on chat shows are vetted before hand. The producers are not looking for calm and rationale perople, they are looking for the babbling, semi-coherent, agenda-toting headcase who is likely to lose the plot and make all kinds of irrational claims. These are the people that get folks to tune in. Its the audio equivalent of a car crash, you know its wrong but you cant stop listening.

Only two companies currently make a p90, Well and TM, the well one is a horrendous piece of rubbish that i would throw in the bin if it was given to me for free. The TM is very good, very good build quality and incredible range and accuracy for such a small aeg.

Normally, i'm more than happy to buy a clone instead of a high end brand, but when it comes to the p90, there just isn't any comparison

also, digitalwarehouse's prices are over-inflated tbh, if you want to buy from a bricks and mortar store, go to MIA in blanchardstown, if you live in cork though, i wouldn't bother with digitalwarehouse, i'd just buy online from eirsoft, airsofteire or mia, or go to one of the many asian sites

You know your out of touch when you have to google a building in your own city only to find youve walked past it HUNDREDS of times....that is of course if this is it.

I think ill popin their friday afternoon to check it out. Will get prices etc if ya PM me what ya want. Hopefully they have some top end gear, not just mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmad crap. Allthough mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmad did have a fairly decent vsr clone last time i was in....... (slaps wrist) NO!!

EDIT: wait.....i just remembered who Digital warehouse were. Never mind....

CA make one too. Very plasticy though. I was well impressed with KD's sweet little girl. Heck of a range/accuracy combo for such a small piece of equipment, and if I remember the motor is smooth as slik.

Pitty it's a P90. Just too small for me.
