anyone else think this is a pointless award???
Ok DCU doing a great job raising the standards and deserve an award but they will win that everyyear....
maybe they should have a Secondary school award (malachys,Douglas cs,Domiican wicklow,Ursuline Waterford,St Augistine or st aidans cbs)
    so many to choose from............
who can the college award go to?dcu, ucd,UL or ????

Your schools award is a good one.

As for the University one you can just hope that somebody else apart from the colleges you mentioned step up to the plate in the future!

Don't think its a pointless award. University is where we have a huge drain of athletes and anything that puts positive focus on 3rd level athletics will help the sport at that level. Things go in swings and roundabouts. UL for a while dominated, UCD for a while, DCU now.
