Computer programmin/Openin folders in cmd

    hey lads

    being 2 years since done computer programming and tried to run a java programme tonight on computer but forgot how to do it, so i open the cmd(little black window)

    and then D:

    so now i have D:\>

    how do i then go into the next folder.... which are in the following order:
    DCU\1st Year\Computer Programming\

    and then how do i run the programme... is it something like

    something.javac

    and then

    something.java

    Any help much appreciated...

    cd DCU\1st Year\Computer Programming\
    Compile with: javac x.java
    once compiled, run with: java x

    ok thanks - it was the cd bit that i forgot...
