What are people's opinions on green's supplements (UDO's, life force or whatever). Randy Couture has been swearing by them for years and in spite of my best efforts (as varied a salad as possible every day) they seem like a good idea in a world of superprocessed poor quality vegetables. I've heard that they do help sportspeople in terms of energy levels and recovery.

    What do people think/recommend?

I think the're great. Udo's choice, beyond greens I think he calls them. Fantastic for the energy levels, especially after a few days on my fat arse. Great for kick startinmg the metabloism. A word of warning though, kick starting the digestive system with all that fibre can lead to a slightly more productive trip to the bog of a morning.
