    *coff* salary *coff*

You will only get currently unemployed people this way. You wont be able to steal people without incentives :D

I was interviewed for this role last time but I don't think I will be trying for it again.

I was lead to believe that it was a starting Systems Administrator role that would require 2-3 years experience in IT........period. It was infact a role that required 2-3 years experience as a Systems Administrator with a dubious salary of €35k p.a. (for Dublin city centre role).

Btw, I see that 'paid holidays' have been omitted from the specs on this new role ;)

35-50K depending on the level of experience. Possibly more if the right candidate came forward I left it blank becuase I dont want to box it off too much and see what talent is out there.

Compleatly different role and everyone was evaluated on their own merits the best candidate got the job. He came from 2+ years in IT support and is reading this thread and can back me up on that ;) We turned down people who we though were too senior also.

Im sorry you felt hard done by but we got good candidates and the 2 best were taken back for 2nd round interviews. Process took a week longer then I expected also but not everything always goes to plan.

Paid holidays are of coures included as is a bonus scheme but we have yet to finalise that.
