Ive heard some real bad horror stories of customer service stories on the radio about perlico and a perlico rep didnt deny them only saying that they were putting in procedures in place to improve customer service and he aknowledged at the time that the current system wasnt good enough. That was probably a year ago so maybe they have turned things around and it was balsy to come on an admit they were poor rather than giving some politician answer so i suppose they at least deserve a chance, has anyone had recent contact with their support.

Saying that Eircom and Esat are both pretty poor for customer service too alot of the time if its anything beyond the obvious but the thing is with both of them you rarely have a problem, ive used both of them for a good few years now and i probably had 1 or 2 incidents and as i said them times are a nightmare going from department to department but if Esat or Eircom is available to you and your serious about your internet then theres no excuse using the other ones to save a few bucks its just not worth it but i havent used perlico so i cant really comment. There is a huge recent thread on broadband you might want to search.

NTL are the best if you don't waste your money on line rental.

OK lads, this has nothing to do with poker. So I'm locking it, if you want to know about Broadband there is a whole forum here about it
