Hi, What I'd like to find out, in as simple way as possible, is how do I to send e-mails with attachments from within MS-Access, without the process firing up outlook each time? Any help would be very much appreciated. Regards AndyJB

this is exactly how to do it, and gives you the option of firing up outlook or not firing it up.
