Looking for a new set of hand grips

Had a set put they were plastic one's which ended up breaking. Got them in Elverys for about €10 so now I'm looking for cheap enough and strong enough one's, Anyone got suggestions of where to get them?

In the 9th post he gave a link to ironmind. Then in the 10th post I linked to the site I got mine.

Handy thing is mickk might be able to give you a go of some, but bear in mind you will improve quickly. When I got mine I was cursing myself thinking they were way too hard for me.

Seriously bro, just get the captains of crush. They're slightly more expensive but they should literally last forever. Spend the money you woulda spent on that chest expander thing on the CoC's instead. You won't regret it.

Not only are the others better quality, they are stronger, i.e. harder to close. The "extra strong" ones in sports shops are meant to be easier than the trainer ones on ironmind or heavygrips. Only suitable for a warmup, the equivalent of ladies pink dumbells.

The best value piece of equipment you can get is a chinning bar. Get this before the grippers if you dont have one. Or get both. Even just hanging from a chinning bar will improve grip strength. You can do chins, pullups & ab work on them- fantastic value.

Chest expander is a waste of money too. You could get rings

loop these over your chinning bar and you can do dips and all sorts of pushups and ab work too. I do not use my bench anymore, just work the chest on the rings. A chinning bar & rings take up feck all room and for under €80 you can probably get both and get a decent workout on them. And with the weak dollar now is the time to go for it.

Mickk also sells removable chinning bars that look well sturdy, I would have got one if I didnt have odd shaped room walls where I can stick a simple chinning bar.

Already have one and best buy in a lot time. I'll invest in the CoC hand grips.;)
