    might sound strange but would this work? i mean would it tone up other parts of your body too?

    Hi Swindon, there is another thread on thos forum about someone having a spare tyre around their mid section. Its the same idea tho. Is the double chin the only place you carry weight?

    yeah :) weird eh,im joining the gym tomm night too so im sure there will be facial exercises built in to say pullups or something? maybe not

    you cant tone fat, your double chim is excess fat-burn calories through diet and exercise, not facial exercises or magic ab exercises etc...:rolleyes:
