    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0443680/

Anyone else looking forward to this? It's from the director of Chopper, cracking story/novel and the trailer makes it look very impressive.

It's out November 30th (pushed back from October 26th) and I've seen five star reviews from both Empire and Total Film (admittedly not always reliable but still)

I seen it about two weeks ago. Very good. Pitt plays a storm with his character as does Casey Affleck.
The movie is about 2.5hrs long. Seems a little bit dragged in places but over all very good.

From what I've seen of the trailers, it looks good. Great title as well. Would I be right in thinkin it's similar in style to Terence Malick's films?

apparently it was in the editing process for a year with many reduction in time and changes...

Saw it a few weeks back in the cinema. I thought it was a great movie though as mentioned it did seem long in places but had it gone on for another 30mins I wouldn't ahave minded as I was wraped up in the story by then.

Pitt proves again he can act though beware of expecting a 'traditional' Eastwood-style western as it's less 'A Fist full of Dollars' and more 'Fargo - 1882" :)

It was like a book in film format and could have done with some trimming, but with such stellar acting performances, I wasn't complaining. Affleck was phenomenal I thought, and Pitt was excellent also.

Yep, enjoyed this one, good performance. Has some narration too which makes the story seem a little more credible.

There must be very few reels of this going around the country. I could download it but since it's such a pretty movie I'd rather see it on the big screen.
