    Hi,

Anyone recommend a good spot in the Swords area for night time running? Ideally, somewhere fairlywell lit, with minimal traffic interference and on grass/softer surfaces at least some of the way. Usually head down around Airside but if there's somewhere better I'd love to know.

The track in Alsaa, I can't think of anywhere else with soft surfaces? There's plenty of good routes near the mainstreet but they'd be best for the daytime.

don't know the area but you could check out mapmyrun.com and see if there are any public routes mapped out on that.

I normally run from Boroimhe down to eddie rockets, hang a left and head up the forest road, hang a right into Rivervalley, follow the road around to Boroimhe again and do that loop as many times as i feel like. The roads are well lit for most of it imo.

mapmyrun.com has a couple of good alternatives.
