Reccomend me a computer repair shop in Cork City

Recently i had a pretty serious crash which resulted in both my hard-drives becoming very resistant to having an OS installed. While I was trying to reinstall Xp a more serious prob occured, namely my system wont come on with my graphics card installed.

When the card is in place and I press the power button, all the fans in my case (including the graphics cards) turn very briefly (less than a quarter turn) and then nothing. If I remove the card the system powers on with no problems. Ive tripled checked that I have everything connected correctly and I cant find any signs of damage. In the past my PC has switched itself off for no apparent reason, maybe 4 times in the 2 years Ive had it, each time this happened Ive checked the cpu, system and gpu temps and they all looked fine.

Unfortunately I dont have access to another system, where I could plug in my graphics card or power supply to see if they work. So I think Im left with going to a PC repair shop so they can narrow down the component at fault. I live in Cork City and have noticed 2 or 3 repair shops but to me they all seem to be internet cafes that happen to have a PC repair sign at the front. I wouldnt be very confident handing over my PC to them and Id like to be able to talk to a knowledgable person about my PC, not just a guy looking after the till.

So can anyone reccomend me a PC repair shop theyve had a good experience with? Ideally Id like it to be within walking distance of cork's city centre but I wouldnt mind travelling further. Oh and in case anyone could offer me any advice here is my system...
