    yes you have it exactly right. I don't really know what you mean by all the spaces that number but im sure you mean

    Why do people give dud information in a forum? The intl code for Ireland is 353 and the Intl access code in the US is 011 or + for mobiles from any country so flodis79 is spot on.

    Just use +353 and drop the first zero to save yourself any confusion with other dialing variations.

    Using the plus (+) before the country code is a specification for GSM implementation to avoid the problem of having to figure out the various international dialling sequences of different countries.
