Yes, you lot down the end of the forum page - you know who you are. :D

I was here later than usual last night and noticed that I wasn't always alone, there were lurkers, and there are some here now, if you're quick you'll spot them before they all vanish after seeing this thread. ;) Some were new names I didn't recognise, but others were long-time Boardsies that I've never seen posting here.

It always amuses me when I see BGRH mentioned in a post by someone I've never seen posting here. To me it proves that we have a good forum here if people take the trouble to drop by and see what the Brothers and Brotherettes are up to. So if you don't want to join the regulars and just prefer to continue lurking that's fine by us, but here's a thread specially for you guys to say hello if you feel like introducing yourselves.

    Thanks for dropping by.

Yeah I thought it was funny in the "Who's your favourite poster" thread that a lot of people said "the posters in BGRH" even though I hadn't seen any of them post here. I guess it just goes to show what a good forum this is. Feel free to drop by the bar for a pint lurkers.

They can use the snug until they feel they are man enough to enter the bar.

    Hi IB
    Ta very much.
    Kinda quiet in here -
Is this like my local where we close doors at 11, turn off the lights & light up fags?

You need to embrace your baldness and rotundness Mike, you'll feel a whole lot better when you do.

    *drops in*

    Hello BGRH

Funny, I was planning to offer rounds of drinks in the bar this evening as a way of dropping in, but a simple hello is fine by me if you insist..

Rotundness has never been an issue thankfully if anything I could do with a donation of substantial-ness.

    Mike.

There is a very long and tough road ahead of someone wishing to be a brother. There are many trials and tribulations they face. If you don't think you could handle it then maybe the brotherhood isn't for you. Or you could just buy a pint at the bar.

'lurking' - makes me feel so dirty.... ;)

but I s'pose it fits as it's only a step or so away from stalking....

BGRH provides many belly laffs - I normally just trawl around and read, not even logging on unless I have something to say.

So while I am here I will ask this question:

    Friend or Foe ?

So much taste - So little Carbs...

either way - love like chocolate ! :D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,790 ✭✭✭cornbb

Another lurker here. I'm the one who's been stealing the arse out of all your pints at the bar.

I have a full head of hair, alas, but I'm working 24/7 on my beer gut. Tis getting rounder and hairer by the week. By christmas I hope to graduate to BGRH poster. Kudos to you all.

If you're going to drink the Blonde then you are going to need to stock up on Carbs before during and after drink.... Pretty much the same as drink all kinds of beer come to think of it..

I wasn't aware that it was made by Fosters though. That's not usually a good thing but i can't complain about this particular specimen.

Slow Motion - thankyou for the ticket, does the bucket have 1 handle or two :D

ibh, I remember absolutely dying after a night on Fosters 'Extra' many years ago, and swearing never to go near it again, but this, this is different, this is 'Lovely', really a sweet drop.

As for the carb intake, rest assured, a decent consumption of these little blonde treats usually has me 'smashing' an oversized Kebab into my forehead and dragging it down my face for a carb fix ! ;)

R33F - Yea i've had the Blonde on a number of occasions. Its top stuff and i'll be looking forward to another dose of it when i hit Sydney on the 27th Dec. I'll try and remember that 'Kebab into the forehead' trick for my carb fix.. There i was, like an idiot stuffing hot dogs into me.!!

I agree, as a slight snack in between emptying one beer and pouring a new one. Well done. ;)

    Howdy!
I'm not really a lurker so much as a stalker(if I find a poster humorous or entertaining I keep track of them), inevitably I end up in here!
