LOL. 300%??? Do you honestly believe that?

The Dollar is also worth 400% more during 6-8pm

400% of nothing is still nothing ;)

Anyways, the 300% figure is BS. You MIGHT burn more, I honestly don't know. But I highly doubt it would be a substanitial amount.

Also, some people find it harder to train in the morning and will sometimes be weaker. This isn't the case with me becuase I've trained myself to lift well early (Because it's what happnes in comp) but it is something that might take some adjusting too.

Its not that it burns more calories in the morning its just that since you don't have food in your stomach you're in a catabolic state when you work out which means that you are using fuel stored in your body, which means the calories come straight from what you have stored. This is all my opinion if someone would like to correct me you're very welcome to.

Having said all that I have always been told to not work out on an empty stomach because its ment to burn a lot of muscle, not sure about the validity of that but I know that when I feel hungry I'm not able to put as much weight on the bar and thats reason enough not to do it for me.

    :D True

And also, if working out in the morning burned 300% more calories all you'd have to do is one session in the morning instead of 3 evening sessions in a week and you'd get the same results.

Slap him. If his MMA skillz are comparable with his fitness "knowledge" you've nothing to fear.

    LMAO

OP, it's a load of bollox mate. Training in the morning means you will have slightly elevated Test and GH levels compared to training in the evening.....but you won't be as well fed and fueled to get through the workout.
