I saw [photoplus 8 for 15 euro with a magazine and DVD tutorial. Would it be worth it? Anyone had experience with it? Version 6 is free but I want the tut on dvd

I've never used it so I can't comment on it but if it compares well to the GIMP for image processing then you can't go wrong. Bear in mind that there are plenty of free tutorials about for more popular apps like photoshop and the GIMP.
