Sendit payment problem

    I've ordered something on Sendit with my 3v card but today I got a email from them saying that they tried to process the payment but the bank declined the transaction. I checked my 3v voucher account and have over €36; more than enough for the €24.99 DVD. My details must be correct because they accessed my account and couldn't complete the payment

    11/06/2007 SENDIT.COM Purchase Decline xxxxxxxxxx €24.99 €-24.99

    So what the deuce is going on?

    Contact 3V and ask have they a reason why it was declined, they should be able to tell you. Could be something simple like the Postcode causing a problem, or it could be they believed it to be fraud for some reason.

    I remember having a problem using Sendit and the 3V card. I contacted Sendit and they said to send them the credit card details by e-mail or over the phone but I didn't bother. Instead I bought the product on Ebay and I got a better deal.

    Edited my card details and put Mr. infront of my name and payment was accepted and the order was shipped. Strange that, all the other places I bought stuff from online didn't mind the missing title.
