Hi Guys

Just thought I would give everyone a quick heads up.

I used to be a member of Sano Vitae gym (part of the clarion hotel), but changed jobs and cancelled membership last may.

All well and good, however, on the 23rd of October €70 was debited from my account.

I rang the gym to see what the story was and the manager said that there database was corrupted and that an old database was used to process the direct debits, however this means people who cancelled between versions of the database were incorrectly charged.

Apparently they are going through all the payments and refunding people, but considering I had to ring them to find this out, Im not sure how proactive they are. So I would suggest anyone with an old membership with Sano Vitae gyms check there bank statement.
