I can only think of going to a pub then club, at least that night you're guaranteed to stick the head on some young one. Less than 100 bills tho stay away from red bulls and vodkas.

No really though, i love these posts about New Years Eve, i don't know what the concept is, the only things that could spring to mind would be:

    Pub/Club <100 bills
Some concert in the national concert hall <100 bills
Some recital much like the above of Handels 2nd Piano... etc <100 bills
Chilling in some eery central dublin hell fire type church €???
Some horrid Ball type arrangement with 200 other shocking couples <100 bills

Am i in the right class of thing anyone else has in mind, maybe i'm too much of a ground-down male, but it just doesn't scream celebration this 'the new years.'
