1. Who is running the event: DIT Poker Soc.
2. The purpose of the event : Beer money for students
3. Date and Location of event: Wednesday 24th, Canteen*, DIT Aungier Street. *Changed to SU
4. Registration and Start time of event.: Reg, 3.30, cards 4pm.
5. Any prerequisites: be a member of the Poker Soc, membership costs 2euro and is valid for the college year.
6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number: Pay on the day! Possible max number 50 people.
7. Type of Tournament: Freezeout
8. Cost of entry and any subsequent rebuys/top-ups etc.: 15euro
9. Cost of registration: 0
10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund: 90%, 10% for the league
11. Any guarenteed prize pool.: nope...
12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels.: . .
13. Starting Chips: 5000
14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts. . .
15. Blind levels: all levels included....
16. Blind timeframes: 15mins.
17. Places being paid and if any prizes are other than cash: 10% of field minmimum, possibly final 9.
18. Are there going to be dealers - and their level of skill: Self Deal.
19. Will there be a documented list of rules: Upon request.
20. Is there a tournament director: Stephen O'Connor / Glen Donnelly
21. How are disputes handled - who has final say: Glen Donnelly

some pushover any chance of 10K stacks world series structure make it a two day event. buy a tacky braclet for me to give to AKQJ10 when he picks it up. maybe also have a discussion bout a cash game on thursday?

Done... Our tourney will be held in RIO Hotel and Casino at the start of July. Click here for structure

I wont be around this Thursday, and Id encourage people to go to the ITT game... But sure we'll have a chat about it Thurs with myself and Glen... We want to get cash games going, Thurs might not be the best day though.

yeah should be around wednesday alright. its a couple of hours to pass before i play somewhere else.

Just to let everyone know, on short notice our venue has been changed to the SU in Aungier St. (downstairs opposite Java City). There will be posters up anyway!

Well spill the beans... who one? Talk about sickness... gone in half an hour, disguisted with me self. only played 4 hands aj jj 88 and arag. Argh!!! played so bad, kicking myself.

sam won it as far as i know (she is a card-rack luckbox!!!!!!). anto was 638th or something, i was a respectable 5th! very odd day of cards, if i went in behind i'd win, if i went in ahead i'd lose. lost with KK, QQ, QQ and had to fold JJ preflop. 97 will scoop an awful lot of the time i have found!
