IDS whey protein

    Has anyone here ever used IDS? i got a big tub of the IDS whey protein (chocolate flavour) at the weekend. Was an impulse buy when I went in to buy another brand and now I'm wondering if its any good. Looking at the nutritional info, it looks good - 26 grams protein, low carbs, amino acid profile, lots of vitamins in it too.

    But i'd appreciate if anyone has any advice on this brand/product? any good? :confused:

    Chocolate heaven in a tub! Loved it; mixed well, tasted great and good nutritional profile (if a teeny bit sparse on protein compared to other brands).

    IDS has quite a bad name as a dodgy brand, but their protein should be fine

    putting steroids in their products and passing them off as completely natural dodgy they're currently under investigation
