Its a really good portrait but it doesn't look menacing enough to deserve the "Mwahahaha!"
Tho there is that dark side...

Would it be better if you either saw half his face, or all his face? It looks a little lob-sided at the minute. I keep moving the screen to try and see the rest of it!
