Hi, just wondering if anyone had dealing with Alliance electrical down in Georges St, I plan to buy Panny TH50PY70 from there and want to know how is their customer service? in case something goes wrong with the plasma down the line, I paid them a visit recently and they seemed pleasant enough
Any previous or current experience with this shop will be helpful
    Thanks

I've bought quite a bit of stuff off them over the years (many years in fact) and they're absolutely great to deal with. I've never actually had a problem with any of their stuff but I'm confident they'd deal with it promptly and professionally. I recommend them to friends and family regularly. Their prices are sensible too....

I only dealt with them once, years ago, bought my first projector from them. I did have a problem, (lamp expired) and they sorted it out promptly under warranty in a very friendly and reassuring manner.

Aat the time, the shop was obviously a privately run operation, and the guys there were chatty and interested without being pushy, I haven't been there in quite a while but if it's the same people I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

    Ritz.
