Cable and Wireless HSADSLR15CW3-- Eircom

    Hi all,
    I am trying to connect a Cable and Wireless modem HSADSLR15CW3 to Eircom broadband.
    I have used all the obvious setting as per the Eircom Broadband support page as shown below but with no success. The Broadband works fine with the Netopia Wireless modem as supplied but I need to use this new modem.
    Username: eircom Password: broadband1 Encapsulation: PPPoE
    Multiplexing: LLC Based
    VPI: 8
    VCI: 35
    Primary DNS:
    213.94.190.194
    Secondary DNS:
    213.94.190.236

    Please help!!!!

    They may be filtering my off-network queries but those DNS addresses are not answering requests from here:

    In the modem setup, is there an option for 'DNS supplied by provider' or 'DNS automatic' or something like that? If so, enable it and try again.
