    Possibly. Try camping stores. If not get a suitable bottle from a travel shop (or Muji) and fill it with washing liquid and then use a sock to plug up a sink when washing.
    Otherwise get yourself some sunlight soap and a travel soap container and again use a sock to plug up a sink.

    And if you need to set up a washing line use one of those stretchy things that people use to strap things on bicycles. You can pick them up in DIY shops I think. Sorry for the vagueness!
