Sky+ Letterbox after Playback

    Hi all,

    When I play back a programme on Sky+ in COPY mode, and later return to normal viewing, the channel is displayed in lertterbox mode. As far as I can see all my settings are in order, but the black lines are irratating. each time I have to go back to Picture Settings and reset it to 16:9, even though that's where it is already, but it works...

    Any suggestions?

    its a bug. sky are aware of it, it'll probably be fixed in the next software update, but who knows when that will be...

    all you can do is not use the Copy function - just play the recording normally. not much use if you're copying a number of short recordings though.

    Thanks for that, as long as its not just me. I only use copy to play back a few programmes together for the kids... very handy for that! Thanks again.
