    Hello Morlar.
What you say is not strictly true. I was told it was as you say by the organisers when I joined the club, until I took a table or two at the North Star Hotel fair and could see what was going on. Most of the best stuff is traded before the public ever crosses the door. What is then for sale is what is not wanted by the dealers. Take a table, go early and see what happens.
That's why when I was a 'dealer' for a short time I would not expose my stuff before the door opened. That gave the public first 'dibs' on my stuff. I was rubbish at selling by the way and gave it up as a lost cause.
    Cheers.
    Tom.

There's a thing called Military Odyssey on in Kent the same weekend as the Salute 2011 show then. Not sure whether to stay in Ireland or head back to Kent early and catch the UK show.
