Cant open links in a new Window?

Basically when i open a link on a website say boards.ie it will open up a new window but it will not open the page, it doesnt seem to copy the link into the address bar, worked fine until a few weeks back. It will however let me cop a URL into that window and if i hit enter it will bring up the page, anyone got any ideas…

So in summary the internet works but i just have to copy each link new into the address bar clicking on a link dont work............

Ie 7, i accidentally downloaded a google toolbar with my Gmail notifier but un-installed it straight away

You could try reset I.E. to defaults if you click Tools - internet options, Advanced Tab, Reset.
