    can I configure it so it displays my session stats along with everyone elses on the table?

    yeah, and its best you do it too.
    go to the layout manager
    click on the stat you wish to display (if you want your VP$IP, click VP$IP for any seat)
    in the top right corner there is a display mine box, check it
    the chosen stat will appear in the middle of the table, move this to where ever you want on the layout
