self build costs

    Planning a self build :)before i go ahead i would like some idea of the costs involved.
    Planning to build 1300sq ft bungalow can any body give me a rough est and a list of what each stage would cost :o ESB, WATER, TREATMENTPLANT etc etc any help will be great:confused::confused::confused:. thanks

    Insulate, insulate, insulate. Put a lot of time into ensuring that the best insulation is used and installed correctly. It will pay off. If you are getting any stonework done i would suggest www.dohertystoneworks.com for fireplaces etc. Do you have to spend much money on the site before you will be ready to build?
