Chorus connection off again!

    WTF! This happens every once and a while - the chorus connection here in North Dublin goes off. Its off atm - no tv in my area I presume:( Usually its an hour or two but sometimes the whole night and even during the day. No letters, no nothing ever saying it might go off for a while. Anyone else have this problem? Not this particular one but in general? What about other providers? Same story?

    last time it went for about 3 days because some pleb construction worker hit an important cable or something

    OMG 3 days!? Jesus I hope not:eek: (not thats its life or death of course!) BTW anyone in North Dublin - is yours off atm? It could be just my estate or something?

    Never been off that long here. Max 5 or 6 hours I think.

    Think the whole corus ntl operation for north dublin is down. I am without NTL digital, when down in the middle of father ted.

    Went off about 11:30 here - fuppin typical tbh:rolleyes: Still waiting. Im not holding my breath for it being back before bed time. This always riles me esspecially when your watching something and it just cuts out. Like I say no letters or notices or anything. They seem to do what they like. I wonder will they be bothered waking up (its a bank holiday too!) to fix it? Errrrr

    yep thats when it went from here as well. sucks for us cos we have phone , net & "digital ;)" with them

    Went down here too [Portmarnock]. Back up now though, so I'll be able to watch the Sarah Jane Adventures :)

    It was off for part of the day in City Centre during the week also.

    They will refund you for the down time, but you must ring up Accounts and request the credit to your account.
