    I was waiting for bloodtests and only managed to register friday. I got my username and password. The first thing i did was change my password to something a bit more rememberable. I went to mymail login and for some reason i cant login with my original or changed password, it keeps telling me that my password is incorrect, even though it works to log into the computers in the arts block. any ideas ?

    Try clearing your web browser cache, its probably set to remember passwords and other data. Failing that try another web browser firefox tis good.

    Is this the actual MyZone login page at Gmail, or the dialog box that sometimes pops up when you try to access TCD-only material? If it's the latter then you might be trying to use your local-access password instead of your external-access password; see http://isservices.tcd.ie/accounts/pwd_manager_faq.php.

    hey if you are a student you should be using myzone.tcd.ie not mymail
