NTL Collecting Equipment

    I'm seriously thinking about ending my NTL MMDS connection and going to Freeview. I have two Silver NTL Boxes and the MMDS Aerial.
    Will NTL Collect these when I disconnect?

    Can you get Freeview in Galway? I doubt it.

    I honestly didn't check but one of the lads at work has it and O'Connors who are probably one of the oldest TV companies in Ireland are selling it locally. I will check today. Just fed up with NTL. It went twice this week on me.

    Free To Air Satellite (all the BBC & ITV plus others).
    Freeview is UK terrestrial via an Aerial. You can't get it in Galway.

    All the MMDS gear is UPC's (NTL/Chorus).

    I never even reliased the difference between the two. Free to Air is the one I want to get.
