Record Memo Problem

I'm having a problem with a record memo on my DVR that I hope someone can help me with.

As, is well known, the UPC DVR does not yet have a series link (which I find ridiculous but that's another discussion!) so a couple of months ago I set up a memo to record RTE 2 every Monday from 9 till 10.40pm. This worked ok.

I now no longer require the DVR to record this but I cannot find a way to stop it. I had deleted the next scheduled memo from My TV Agenda and all appeared fine. Now, however, the DVR keeps scheduling a recording for every Monday and I cannot find anyway to stop it apart from deleting it from My TV Agenda manually each week. When I look in the 'set advanced memo' section I cannot find anyway to recall memo's and adapt/delete them.

Has anyone any solutions for this?

    Thanks.

Yeah answer for this one. I had the same issue myself when i got the box. Damn thing nearly had a HD full of the RTE news.:o

When you go into the advanced memo screen you'll see down the bottom "delete" beside the blue button. When you press blue you'll get a confirmation screen asking are you sure you want to delete this memo. Now the mistake I made was just scanning the text quickly and saw "press ok to confirm" and pressed ok thinking that was it gone for good. Not so, it only deletes that one recording but it'll start recording the next day. If you keep reading that pop up box you'll see "press stop to delete all occurrences of this memo" Once I did that it stopped recording the 6 o'clock news.

Thanks Tax man: That did the trick! So simple and I just never saw that before!! Did it in 'My TV Agenda' and not 'Advanced Memo' as you stated, just in case other users can't find it!

Thanks for your swift response. AFAIK you work for UPC. Any idea when the series link and other updates will be introduced?
