Which is Better?

    Hi Guys

    Just a quick query. Is it better to go to the gym for 3 nights in a row or is it better to go every second night, say Monday, Wednesday and Friday night? Which is better to lose fat and tone?

    As far as I've been told, it's best to workout two out of every 3 days. This allows your body to recover enough before doing your next set of days.

    we'd need to know what you're doing and how long you've been exercising.
