Helsinki - or maybe somewhere else?

Is it any good? I was all set to book Copenhagen for New Years but I've been told Helsinki is the place to go.

All the Nordics seem a bit on the dear side but my friends and I are big fans of blonds so I guess it's worth it. LOL

Seriously though. Anywhere else going other than the Nordics

Copenhagen's always busy but drink is mad expensive. Sweden's even worse I think given number of people who took train over from Malmo to drink there. Helsinki's good fun, prices comparable to Cafe en Seine/ron Blacks here. Good atmosphere but they're big into salsa in a lot of places I went into. Tallinn's close to Helsinki plus much cheaper, apparently a massive party town but lots of stags there by all accounts (I haven't been)

You should have a look into going to Malmo instead. Its only 20-30mins from Copenhagen by train and it's a good place to go out in. And the women are fit.(mostly)
They are all quite expensive (especially Norway) but they are good places to go, i.e. they are mostly friendly and like boozing and speak really good english.
Haven't been to Tallinn, heard it's really good but most people i know who have been there were on stag nights. My brother was in Helsinki for new years last year and he said it was class. Pretty expensive but worthwhile, although he did save by staying with friends..
It's unlikely that u will go to any of these cities and think they are sh!te so i'd just take a gamble and go for one..
