Just got a 360 last week to allow me to play the goodness that is Halo 3. Have ordered a year's gold membership for xbox live and am currently waiting for it's delivery.
My question is: My brother and I have two different profiles for Halo 3. Can we share the same xbox live account using these two profiles? ie. can I rack up stats on profile A, log out and let him log in with his profile B and record stats for him? Or to achieve this do you have to have two separate xbox live accounts?

Just one Gold Live account per gamerprofile. You both need a seperate sub.

You get the first month for free on Live when you create an online profile so you probably don't even need to wait for the code to come through.

Have a read of this page though first so that you can keep any acheivements that you may already have got off-line so far before creating your profile.

Had a read of that page. I don't have a profile on xbox.com so surely I can just use the profile I have on my xbox to create my live account and still keep my achievements? Although possibly having to change the name of the profile.
