Sky box dead???

Hi, I plugged my sky box out the other night and then plugged it back in this morning and the red light comes on to say its in standby but it wont turn on from the remote or from hitting the power button on the front. So I am guessing the box is dead???

Hi,

Plug it out again for a while, then plug it back in.

If it continues to stay stuck in standby, there is probably a fault.

what kind of box is it??? Have you tried to do a forced software update this has at times sorted out boxes for me stuck in standby

Cheers for the replies!!! I left the box unplugged all last night and plugged it in this morning before I went to work, and when I got home this evening the box turned on, out of stanby no problem...
