    Hi guys,

I'm pretty new to sports photography and would love a bit of advice.
Anyone got any good recommendations for a good Digital SLR for Sports Photography?
What sort of frames per second should I be looking for?
Budget about a grand but cheaper the better.

    Thanks

Thats not a bad camera, at 6.5 fps continuous shooting, max. burst 75 JPEGs

    10.1 Megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor

And that doesnt include the cost of the lens you would need for decent sport photography.

the lens will probably be your most expensive part of this you will need a fast zoom lens which will probably put you back about a grand if you are doing it for your own entertainment you could probably skimp it by using something like a bridge camera but its focusing wouldn't be as fast probably as fast as a SLR.

canon 400d body you will pick up for around €500 then you will need a lens
