thats one of the worst ways to choose your career path. if you just follow money, you will 99.99999% become miserable and hate your job. find out what you want to do, and then figure out the ways to make money from that profession.

think if someone is just finishing secondry school and decide, I want lots of money like Bill Gates, so they decide to be a software developer. they may hate that job and they will most likely drop out of college due to hatred of the subject/lack of interest.

Anyone with a bit of life expirience will tell you that quality of life and happiness is worth way more than lots of euros. so

    a. find a profession you are passionate about, or at least like so you wont hate going to work each morning.

    b. study hard and figure out how you can make money from that profession.

    c. remember, there is few ways to quick easy money so be prepared to work if you want lots of money.

No, you've got it wrong. He's saying he doesn't mind paying a lot of money for a good guidance counsellor, not that he wants a lot of money.

Yeah, the OP said he/she was looking for a good career GUIDANCE service not a CAREER.

Yeah, the OP said he/she was looking for a good career GUIDANCE service not a CAREER. I don't actually know any though, sorry. The best thing I can advise is if you are a student, got to your career guidance officer or if you are not, register with FAS as I think they provide career guidance.

There's a group called "Obair" (usually next, or near the FAS office) that can help with this sort of thing.

ah, I do apologise for taking your question up completely the wrong way. Its a lesson to me me to learn to read the question, and not what I think the question is!
