Self defence classes in Waterford/South Tipp

    Hi, I live in Portlaw, North Waterford and am looking for basic self-defence classes in the area. I'm 35 years old, cycle a lot and run about 20K a week so I'm pretty fit:D
    Wouldnt want anything too serious, maybe one night a week, or day(I'm flexible). I'm a professional musician also so I really want something not too physical as you can understand. Just basic posture, quick simple defence moves. Any suggestions in the Waterford/Tramore area or even Carrick on Suir would be great.

    A lot of the material covered at Tramore Hapkido is self defence related. It's a small class, all adults, and relaxed athmosphere. Drop over some Tuesday night and have a look.
