hi all, was out with work tonight, pretty drunk even as i write this.

was caught by gardai having a " piss " in town. was asked for i.d ( gave banklink card ) and name / address.
i was honest and gave correct details , and also hugely apologetic ( i dont make a habit of it )
what i want to know is, am i f*cked and likely for a court appearance. and if so, what do i expect.
i really am sorry, but when nature calls.....:(

This forum is not for legal advice I'm afraid; you might want to speak to a solicitor.

In britain they make party revellers brush and scrub the area that the arm of the law observed them urinate upoun, I have seen this happen on road wars, In road wars wth John and Jeff if they are not busy they always prosecute. Then you might get a fine in the post.Hell! they even wait outside shopping centre's and jump people exiting clothes shop's on the off chance they are shoplifting. They dont mess about. It wont be on your record for ever it will expire after 7 years becasue the law reform brought in new guidleines and they usually get taken up at some stage.
