Hello all Can anyone help me with this one - I bought an Eircom 7010 cordless phone. I can't get it to work. When I turn it on and plug it into the phone socket, the message "Please Register" just flashes on the screen. I read the manual and it says the unit should register itself automatically once turned on. Anyone out…

Hello all

Power off the handset..place it in the cradle..(make sure the cardle is plugged in ) after a few seconds it will turn it self on and begin flashing... just leave it.. after about thirty second it will stop flashing.. at this point it will have successfully registered with the base unit..:)
