Can anyone HELP......I get very nerves around people and now at an age of 35 I seem
to be getting worse, the thoughts of getting on a bus, meeting someone, going on hoils, it is starting to really get me down....any ideas....

You should go and discuss it with your GP.

I've suffered from fear for most of my life, primarily rooted in negative childhood.

What you describe sounds like acute anxiety, and it can have a debilitating effect on your day-to-day life. I was agoraphobic for several months a few years ago. I am now able to go outside and lead a reasonably fear-free life. No-one is totally free from fear.

They only comfort I can give you is to tell you that you are not alone.

Contact a GP and tell him/her exactly what's going on.

    Get well soon.
