Arrgh! So I bought and installed a new internal soundjack to my ipod and still it doesn't work! I just hear static and VERY faintly the song in the background through one side of the headphones. It plays fine through the dock and different headphones have the same effect. Is there anything else that could be wrong with it?…

And While I'm here, If I can't fix it, would it be possible to connect the HDD to my PC? what cables?
